It offers a nice density, and makes the saliva rise while its scents swing between the vegetal and floral world. If we remain far from the big fukamushi that stains, this tea has all the bite and umami needed to delight the amateurs of the genre!

Brewing tips

Tea pot 500ml : 5 gr - 2 to 3 min - 70 to 80 °.

Kyusu: 4 gr for 100ml - 1st infusion: 70° 50 to 60 seconds / 2nd: 75° 30sc / 3rd: 80° 30 sc / 4th: 90° few seconds.


What is a Fukamushi sencha

The term fukamushi refers to "deep steaming" teas. While sencha futsumushi is put in the machine for 30 to 40 seconds to stop the oxidation of the leaves, fukamushi can take two to three times longer. The result is a more broken tea, reputed to be dense and powerful.
