Simrik offers spicy and woody flavours, with rounder notes reminiscent of forest honey. A fine minerality adds bite to this tea, whose liquor fills the space in the mouth and flows easily down the throat, one cup calling for another, while fruitier notes (stewed fruit/apple) are revealed during the session.

By far my favourite, no floral taste at the end, a very soft taste, a little sweet that stays well in the mouth.

I was disappointed with the simrik. I was expecting something more flavourful and with more bouquet. I found it a bit dull.

This Simrik is more complex than it seems, with a lot of resources for a tea of this range. May I ask how you prepare it?
