This black tea from the Zhenkang region grows at an altitude of 2000m on tea bushes that have been left to grow wild for many years. It offers an elegant, round and silky liquor, with warm notes of malt, cocoa and stewed fruits. A tasty and energetic yunnan diang hong, perfect to start the day!

Tasting notes
This Yunnan black tea, also called Dian Hong or Yunna Dian Hong, grows in the heart of the Lincang region, at an altitude of 2000m. Left to grow wild for many years, these ancient tea bushes flourish in the middle of an abundant vegetation, based on the principle of natural agriculture.
Coming from the same mountainside, it is in fact the spring version of our Zhenkang in autumn.
Brewing tips
Tea pot : 4g for 400ml, 3'30 to 4mn (more details in the previous paragraph)
Gongfucha: well adapted - 2.5gr for 100ml
Temperature: 90 to 100° C
